No, the subscription will same the same price for the length of your active membership.

I am not post-menopausal, can I still join?
The content has been created with post-menopause in mind, however I can see circumstances where the it would be helpful for other women. So yes you don’t ‘need’ to be post-menopausal to join
can i download videos?
No this is a streaming service, similar to Netflix. You have access to all the content whilst you are a paying member only
How do I cancel my subscription?
The subscription will be with PayPal, so you would cancel there. Log into PayPal then search for recurring payments and you will find simple instructions how to cancel your next payment
How do i get a refund?
As per the T&C’s there are no refunds on Digital Products
